Official MoneySavingExpert.com Insert:
Join Holiday Inn's Priority Club Rewards scheme and register for its special buy two get one free promotion via the Holiday Inn website before you book, and if you stay twice at a Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza hotel either in the UK or Germany before 15 December you'll be given 25,000 Priority points, enough for a free night's stay in any of the following hotels worldwide:
Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inns, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites.
Make sure you read the Terms & Conditions:
The offer is also available to existing Priority Club members but if you belong already be careful. If you're already signed up to the scheme yet have chosen to receive your rewards in a form other than Priority Club Points (i.e., as part of a frequent flyer mileage scheme) then you won't receive the 25,000 points.
Even if you're collecting points, be aware if you've already collected points from other stays you may not receive as many as 25,000 points in this promotion as the scheme will add sufficient to take you up to the 25,000 needed for the free night's stay.
For the purposes of the offer a "stay" is one or more nights in one of the participating hotels. Sadly even if you stay more than one night but check in and out more than once, that still constitutes one "stay".
The points for the free night should be credited to your account by 15 January.
Read the full T&Cs on the Holiday Inn website.

Many Thanks for this.
Their Priority Club points collection scheme is excellent - I used the points to travel around the world last Christmas/New Year, watching the New Year Celebrations at Sydney Harbour Bridge.
It's well worth joining their Priority Club if you stay at Holiday Inns & Holiday Inn Express hotels regularly.Mortgage Feb 2001 - £129,000

Thought I'd update this thread with a new offer which Holiday Inn are running. On weekends until the end of March, they're offering 2-for-1 offers across the country on all hotel brands (Crowne Plaza, HI Express etc).
Note that it only works at weekends, but although it says that the offer expires at the end of March, the site allowed me to book a weekend at the end of May for just over £40 per night at a Crowne Plaza in London. Other hotels across the country were working out at between £25 and £30 a night so it's definitely worth looking at if you fancy a weekend away.
