Income support and tax credit????

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if any of you could help me, i want to know if my income support stop would my tax credit stop too?

    as far as I'm aware the only tax credit you get when on IS is the child element of IS (why they split it off to be paid by a different office I really don't know!)

    the answer is yes and no. if you start work such that you're no longer entitled to IS, then that particular tax credit will stop. but you should be entitled to child tax credit and/or working tax credit instead.
