Renting my house to two lodgers?

I have a two bed house I want to rent out to someone who is working. Unfortunately in our area, we would struggle to find someone working to rent the whole house. Everyone seems to be on benefits!
I thought of advertising it as a house share and renting each of the two rooms out individually as a furnished property. Are there any pitfalls to doing it this way?
The going rate for an unfurnished house in my area is about £85pw. I thought of renting the front larger bedroom for £40pw and the smaller bedroom for £35pw. Would this be okay do you think?
Also, would I be able to give them a AST agreement or is house sharing different rules?

They aren't lodgers if they're not lodging with you.
Why so adverse to unemployed? Some are nice.
Houseshare - unrelated - more issues over bills/repairs/problems.0 -
It's not the unemployed I'm adverse too - it's our local council benefits officers who have made my life a misery over the years so I prefer not to have anything to do with them.0

I'm not sure you need have anything to do with them
My understanding is that if someone on benefits rents from a private LL, then the claimant gets moved on to Local Housing Allowance. This is a payment from the Council to the tenant. The tenant then has to top-up any shortfall between LHA and the full rent.
Have a look at this from Direct Gov and Google for more info.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
