Help me please!!!!! Staying debt free is as hard as GETTING debt free. I know it sounds daft, but having extra income every month it is really hard not to be swayed into getting a loan to buy the new blinds I want, that new garage door, the brick wall out the front which will stop all those lovely little children using my drive as a ramp  , etc, etc. To date (11 days in total) I have managed to stay strong and remember the feeling of not being in debt and owing nothing to nobody - but boy, is it hard?

Congratulations on becomming debt free. I'm sure there's a challenge (I want it now) where people are signed up to saving for the things they want; might that be something to join to keep you debt free but focussed on the future?
