Sky+ Box Upgradeable Hardrive??

Hello,
I had clashed programs and failed recordings on my Sky Plus Box just under 2 years old too.
It was an intermittent problem over 6 weeks and I have been using my box with 50 recordings stored I record a lot so sometimes it goes done to 2% disk space till I clear it back to 10% Disk Space.
I have had been doing this for over a year no problems and nobody on Skys technical Support call centre said this was a problem. very strange is this possible?
what I was told by the Sky contractor who did a house call said is true.?
I was told that currently the Sky Plus Box has 40 hours recording time and 80 GB's Harddisk I was told I could double this with a sky + Hard Drive Upgrade
Does any one know where I can buy the upgrade kit? from
will it invalidate the warranty the Sky man said no.
