could you please advice me in which bank are the highest rates for savings account ,but not ISA accounts(because its for bigger amount)

You can always put £3600 in ISA and the rest in a high interest account.
However, high interest savings: Kaupthing Edge 6.55% for £100+0 -
That's their No Notice rate - if you lock it up for a year, KE pay 7.15% and I think ICICI pay 7.2%, but personally I would forgo the extra 0.05% "customer dis-service" bonus and go for KE.You can always put £3600 in ISA and the rest in a high interest account.
