i need some random help

i know this might be the wrong place for this but thought that someone would have some good ideas here
well my problem is i have broke my little toe now i know this is no biggie, however i have my final pointe exam on tuesday and there is noway im gonna miss it.
so this is my dilemna basical does anyone know of some really good pain killers that aren't going to space me out or any other redemdies i could try i have 2, 2 hour practice session before my exam to experiment in lol
please please help i can't dance with my toe in the pain that it is in
