Trust fund for teenagers

Can anyone help. My two teenagers aged 18 and 20 (today) have been left a small sum of money from my mothers will. The only stipulation is that they cannot touch the money until they reach the age of 25. What would be the best account or investment to put the money into that i could possibly top up with funds as and when but the kids cannot withdraw from.
