EA sports server

Anybody have any idea how to complain to es sports?? i bought army of two on the ps3 and cannot connect online at all. i have checked all my settings all fine and dandy. I have also checked on ea's on forum and there are hundreds if not thousand of people with the same problem. to be honest i dont think its on at all as some people have sent alot of money on this game and other games from ea and they dont do what you pay for. Sorry i know this is not really a tech question please feel free to move.:mad:

try emailing them, dont know what reply you would get
