Littlewoods vs Littlewoods Direct

Just thought look for some new curtains - Typed in Littlewoods into google and it came up with Littlewoods and Littlewoods Direct - i didn't know what the difference was - so ventured into both sites - they seem the same - but the prices for the curtains are £6 cheaper on the 'Direct' site than the other site! - this is with instant payment in case you were wondering

I wonder how many other people have not checked both sites and have ended up paying more for the same goods from the same supplier!!!

Hmmmmm.......

Anyone else found this?

  • they are the same company who run a variety of sites

e.g. littlewoods, littlewoods direct, kays, marshall ward etc

all have the same prices except littlewood direct is ALWAYS cheaper, but sometimes codes are available for all BUT lxdirect.

for example, i bought a top for £40 on lxdirect that was £49 on kays

also, i got some shoes in the sale at £32 that werent showing on any of the other sites

The site where you can have "20 weeks interest free" etc., always charge more than the sites that only accept full payment on purchasing.

It's not really interest free as you pay more for the stuff overall.
Here I go again on my own....

Littlewoods Direct is also interest free if you pay within 3 months.

It's annoying because I have accounts with both - have £10 credit with Littlewoods, but I can't use it because everything is £10 cheaper at Littlewoods Direct!

I used a 20% discount code from this site fine last week so you could use it and pay less! Perhaps have a look for a code on here or Hotukdeals?
Green and minimal chemicals is the new black- I know a fair old bit about sustainability, specially energy and transport stuff. If I can help- please ask!

with one you pay for delivery, the other you don't, thats the difference
  • Not thats not quite true.

With one you type in direct at the end of the web address and the other is a small clumy newt pretending to be a badger.
