roxio my dvd wont open

why wont roxio my dvd open? roxio creator basic v9 works ok but when i go to create dvd nothing happens.

roxio creator basic v9 works but roxio my dvd basic v9 wont even open. whether i click create dvd within creator basic or i click my dvd directly in the program list. it wont open either way.0

No, you just click on each one after the other. START is in the bottom left hand corner of your monitor screen.0 -
i have downloaded an update from hp and that seems to have fixed it.0
