What does you brother have to say about all of this?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

He pretty much went into hiding when the whole thing happened. I couldn't get him or her on the phone - they don't live together. It's only now that he's answered his phone to me again - I don't live near to them so couldn't go around to either of their places - and acts as though nothing's wrong. When I spoke to him yesterday he said he's only just seen her again himself and that he's sorry for what happened.
That's when he told me about her wanting her deposit back. Anyways, as I said to him, we all get into trouble but it's the fact that they both ignored me and acted as though I was the one who had done something wrong that was getting to me.0 -

Cool - now put your feet up now and relax!
That was the plan, but I was worried about the 'damages to the property' thing. But I just have to wait and see. I'm going to put it all to one side for now.0 -
If she's not got her deposit back they should use it for that surely?
I don't imagine they'll try court again.0
