Ryanair flight confirmed, but no itinerary email

I booked flights to Oslo yesterday and have not recieved the email confirmation either.

Online, the booking shows as confirmed.

Ryanair have now posted an advisory saying there was a problem but not to worry. Look here for info.

It doesn't help me - I'm still waiting on an itinerary from over a week ago but it explains the last couple of days hiccups.

I have booked flights with ryan air and they sent the itenary but my mistake i deleted it =/ do i need the itenary can i just print it off the website when i give my reservation number .. or is there any way i could get ryan air to resend the itenary do i need it or would the website one be ok !!

You can print it direct from the site, but you don't need it.

What you do need however is the booking reference number so that you can check in online up to 15 days ahead.

actually you can manage without the booking reference when you want to add passport details and check in online. you can select option 3 whereby you only need to give your email, date of travel and where you're travelling from and to.

luci and melb have told it straight ... There is never any reason to worry about trying to contact Ryanair when this happens ... you simply do not need the email. As long as you can see your booking under "Manage my Booking", which as melb says can be accessed using Option 3 with the minimum of fuss (without the booking reference), then you are 100% set .....


.... but don't forget to Check in online more than 4 hours before you leave, which means you need paper and ink in the printer!!! Ran out of ink with 5 hours to go once, and the shops were shut! Ended up blagging access to the internet via a hotel receptionist (I wasn't a guest) at 4 in the morning! Ryanair have made it slightly easier now to print your boarding pass elsewhere ... you can download it as a PDF and save it on your phone or memorystick for printing later.

This happened to me, I thought I had made a booking a couple of weeks ago, went to check in online today and there was no flight booked.
I ended up having to book again and it cost me £40 more. bloody annoying.... I think they should at least let us know that it didn't go through.
I have booked lots of times and usually everything has worked fine and I did actually receive a confirmation number. although this was the first time I had used the ryanair passport, which did work ok today when I booked again today.
