Eon Postdated Price Increase
Options
I would like to find out what my rights are regarding post dated price increases, I recieved a letter today (25th Sept) from Eon informing me of their price increases efective from 22ndAugust.
I rang CS, They told me there had been a delay in informing me because they had "millions of customers and it took time time contact everyone". They also said they couldn't do anything to help and gave me a snailmail address to complain to.
Does anyone else have any experience of this?

However ,if you tell them within 10 days of receiving this notice that you intend to move and they receive the details from your new supplier within I think 28 days then they will not apply the price increase to you.0 -
Is it just me or does it make anyone else laugh when companies blame their inability to get info to their customers within a reasonable time on them 'having millions of them'. So what??? Are they complaining that if far less people bought their products/services they would be more efficient?Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0
