Rock Bottom And No Strength Left To Fight

• No need to feel ashamed petal, especially on here where most of us have been in trouble with our finances.

If you can't call one of the debt charities mentioned earlier then could you get to your local Citizens Advice Bureau? They will be able to give you template letters to send off & might even be able to contact Nat W4est on your behalf.
• I'm afraid I can't offer much advice on the debt, but I do know you can now email the samaritans (think it's jo@samaritans.org) or pop into your local branch - I used to volunteer and we were often sitting people down for a chat and a cuppa!
I can understand what you say about not having the energy left to fight on, but there are people out there to give you a hand up.
Something that keeps me focused in hard times is the saying "this too shall pass". And it will.
Good luck Petal.

• Hi petal.

I just wanted to say hello really. I'm in trouble myself at the moment so I can't advise on the financial situation, although I would say to tackle the SOA if you haven't already, that has been a good help for me so far to see what I'm dealing with (and it's a complete mess, so you're not alone).

I know what it's like to suffer from depression though, so wanted to send you a big hug. Things will be ok, we have to keep believing that!
