  • Hey Petal,
I'm not too good with the advice (I leave that to the experts on here) but I'm pretty big with the hugs

  • Hi There

Firstly addresses can't be blacklisted, thats just a myth.

Next - if you put your details into the SOA calculator here

    http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

It will give you a good idea of where you stand with your income/outgoings. if you post it on here we'll be able to have a look & make some suggestions.

There is a list of free debt counselling organisations that specialise in helping people in debt at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/debt-help-plan#help

    Petal

    Your address is not black-listed.

Do you have any joint accounts with your husband? If not, then it has no effect on his credit rating.

And this will not affect you or your husband regarding jobs unless you try to get one of a very few regulated jobs in the financial services.

I think you need to stop ringing NAtWest and to write to them. But right now you need to talk to someone like Samaritians or a debt counselling agency so that you can understand what is happeing better.

Tomorrow we can draft a letter to NatWest telling them that you need their credit people to contact you urgently.

Does your hubby know how you feel?

0800 and 0808 numbers are freephone numbers so you can ring NDL or CCCS without running up any further bill in OH name.

What we really need to know if we are to help you is how you got into the situation where you started using pay-day loans? Is it because you have had time off sick and been earning less, or spending because you were depressed?

Also do NatWest know that you have been depressed? OFT Guidelines on debt collection cover this sort of situation.
