I would like to thank moneysavingexpert.com and Martin for the documents i downloaded from the site to help my brother reclaim PPI payments from NatWest PLC which he paid unknowingly 3 years ago.
Having been told he was not entitled then offered a meagre amount i continued the claim using all your printed forms. We had not heard for many months so printed the Ombudsman form. They kept in touch but due to heavy workload had not come up with anything. But this week RBS (who own NATWEST) wrote offering over £1700.00 needless to say my brother has accepted and is delighted. Perserverance and the right forms paid off. Many thanks
