My cap one rebate (0.5% crap) is on ice.
I enquired as to what the rebate was and they said £200+. This is only ten times what I expected.
I think I got a UK operator the next time I enquired and they said they had no way of telling what my rebate was. This is a fine way to run a company!
Hey TimL ! Have you tried any of that Amex stuff. Amex hate bookies it's something to do with gambling culture/history in the US. I blame the film Casino.

I queried the rebate (along with other feedback) via secure messaging and got
"The rebate offered on your account is still 1%, this won't change unless we write to you with details."
I use the card for regular purchases extensively, if it changes I'll likely move.What goes around - comes around
