Just had a pot of munchy seeds come with my post !!
It has a picture of a bird on the pot so not sure if I am meant to eat them or put them out for the birds lol !!!!

in saying that though it says theres 640 calories per 100 grams... thats shocking !!!!!! and its 51.5g of fat per 100g too !!!!Thanks to all posters and contributers :beer:0 -
