renting - leaving a rented flat

I am due to leave our rented flat next thursday after 2 months notice.
My partner and i have already moved out most of our things last weekend and dont live there anymore.
deposit deductions: i have cleaned the (cream!) carpet, but you can still slightly see where people have walked. is this going to equal a deduction? i can hire a carpet cleaner if necessary.
couple of marks on the worksurface in the kitchen? just a feint patch, not curry or anything.
the light fitting in the kitchen is broken, the landlord sent an electrician who said it was broken and would tell the landlord. he came round and said we should just use the one over the cooker. if i replace the lightbulbs they will just go bang as soon as someone turns the light on. nothing in writing.
the taps in the bathroom dont turn anymore, they are very old and have worn out. we informed the landlord when they got very stiff but he didnt do anything, told me to ring back if it got worse. they have stopped turning since we gave notice. nothing in writing.
the kitchen and bathroom suite are both very old and need replacing, but haven't been. things just fall off in our hands!
the agency are very rude to me because i requested that viewings were done in our presence (valuable items) and because i asked them to call after 5pm or between 12 and 1. since i asked this a month ago they have been calling using a withheld number and leaving voicemails that they will 'go in on keys' tomorrow morning unless i object. they know very well i object.
we have had c. 30 viewings since giving notice, and almost 1 phone call a day in the last few weeks, and most for less than 24 hours notice, and despite saying what times we are available (in detail) they continued to book viewings for when we are not there.
they have informed me i should give the keys to them, and they will do an inventory check/inspection with the new tenants, not myself. they are unaware of the above problems because it is a landlord managed property. they are also deducting 200 from my deposit for this. not in contract.
but they say it is now agency managed and therefore the terms have changed.
i want the landlord to deal with all of this because that is who we did it with to start with, and is aware of the problems he should have fixed. are we allowed to insist on this? particularly because they agency are now very hostile when dealing with me, and i have a feeling they will deduct as much as possible! i can't afford to lose too much of the deposit. and because they are moving people in straight away, we will not have a chance to rectify anything ourselves.
thanks to anyone who managed to read this far!

When did you move in?
Have you signed a new AST since that date?
Is your deposit held in a scheme?
Who did the inventory when you moved in?
Did you sign & return it?
Have a search on here for a post by Emsywoo, where a lot of people have given advice about what to clean & check to ensure the full return of your deposit.
You've listed a lot of problems, that your LL should know/knows about. Did you put any of these to him in writing?
The agency sound terrible. If there is nothing in your contract about paying £200 when you leave, then don't. If they try to take it out of your deposit, challenge them, & then take them to the small claims court.
Also, they seem particularly awful if they are asking you to pay their fees for an outgoing inventory, and then conducting it at the same time as an incoming inventory with the new tenants !0
