Language Tool Bar Help please!!!

I am Marketing a Website Global,
I have done a draught e-mail to sent to clients,
Can anyone help on Translator software, (as in click on the flag to select the language so it will automatic turn into thir language?

Just put the page URL into the link I gave you.

Let's say I wanted to translate this thread into Chinese. I would put http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=14464263 into the Translate a webpage, choose English >> Chinese and hit the Translate button.

Then copy the URL from address bar and paste it into the email.
