Norweb payments

Options
I have inadvertently been paying NorWeb £28.00 per month since October 2000 for electricity I not been supplied. I have now stopped the Standing order. How do I get my money back?

  • ask them really. Also I imagine you should have been paying someone else and havent? If this is the case and they havent billed you you only have to pay for the last year so you get 7 years for free. lucky you.

Weren't Norweb taken over by Powergen...just googled.....taken oven by TXU Norweb Energi in 2000 then by Powergen now Eon.

Part of Norweb became United Utilities.....this info came from WIKI.

You will need to contact your bank and find out the account details of where the payments have been sent to and provide this info when you write to wherever.
