Waste Disposal Unit?

I would really like to have a waste disposal unit fitted. Please could someone tell me what kind to look for, the approximate price, and any other helpful information would be very much appreciated. I have seen quite a lot of new units on Ebay, but as I haven't a clue as to what I should be looking for, I thought I would ask on here as I know some kind person will give me all the information I need. Thank you!

Costs are from about £50 - £500.

As a plumber I have removed at least 50 of these over the years as they block up the drains and smell. I have fitted or replaced only 3. They are a waste of time.

If you really must get one get out the credit card , don`t buy a toy one from a DIY shed.
Keep pipe runs as straight as possible and possibly in 2".

My advise is don`t get one at all. (sorry)
