hi All
wondering if anyone knows any of the customer service managers / ceo that I can email about their customer service standards. I am trying to open my accounts with them and they are hopeless. and it is quite a way through the process and cant stop it. have to finish to go back to where i started.
any suggestions

Suggest you contact any of the branches and speak to the manager. Ask them to log a regulated complaint on the complaints system. Response will definitely be forthcoming.I am a CeMap qualified bank manager.
