i totally agree with all th comments about savastore...i have used them about 5 times but NEVER EVER again. THEY sent a DIY PC kit which didnt work and i have spend the last 2 months trying to get it returned....they take about 2 weeks answering email and then they are so vague that you have to send another email and wait another 2 weeks just to find out what they meant....I am so !!!!!! of with them. I am seriously thinking of contacting watchdog/trading standards about this unbelieveable poor service. This is the first time in my life i have experienced such unbeliveable service. Ultimately they just dont care...

    regards

Here, you probably want The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You’ve got seven working days from receipt to tell the seller you don’t want the item. You don’t even have to give a reason for not wanting it. This avoids the argument over whether or not it was as described, and is just the sort of situation the regulations were intended to cover. They’re supposed to make up for what you lose when buying at a distance, over buying face-to-face.

Good point, although I think in this case you are liable for the return postage costs if you take that option. The hastle it saves though would have been worth it for me. I'm wondering if the "we'll have them in stock in a week from now" was deliberate to get me outside of this returns time you've mentioned.

I'm now at the point of a written complaint to the company and Trading Standards, which no doubt will mean another month before I see my 150 quid. Why it has to go to this I don't know.
