How best to complain to EasyJet?

Does anyone know a succesful way to complain to them?

The call centres won't give you the supervisor, when you eventually get one they just read off the script which starts with "we can't...."

I've had my flight cancelled, the only transfer I am offered is a week later (no use as you can imagine) and the site says I have to call for a refund (can't do it online it says in the Transfer section, there is a button earlier if you were attracted by the "FREE TRANSFER" option). After calling the "customer experience team" it took 15 mins to sort the refund on the call, that cost me a £1.50 for the pleasure?

So, "can I have my £1.50 back" was met with "we don't refund for telephone calls". Why not, I only called because you made me!

I smell a sneaky way to make lots of money, because one thing is for sure. EasyJet cancel plenty of flights...

Please don't pitch in with "what do you expect from no-frills", I don't expect to be fleeced. I expected a cheap flight, thats all.

IMHO, in situations like this, if you feel you have a genuine complaint that warrants investigation and a possible refund or compensation, you need to submit your complaint in writing. Direct your complaint to the most suitable person in authority, detail your complaint, provide evidence and detail the way in which you wish the issue to be resolved c/w the timeframe.

IMHO any other avenue is a waste of time and energy. :)

There's a number on saynoto0870.com: 01582 700036 that isn't premium rate. Alas you have no chance of getting your £1.50 back though.
You can email them by clicking 'contact us' on their website homepage. then in the keyword box type 'contact' and click. A 'talk to us' tab will then appear above the search box. This is an email template.
