Your friend can stand back and watch the fireworks, it is not a problem for him. The seller has not reckoned with a hungry Agent [very hungry these days], looking for his commission. It is enough that your friend got an appointment through the agent. After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -
I think that Estate Agents are quite used to dealing with this. I would be pretty sure that there is a well trodden path for dealing with it.This has to be a wind up!!After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union

But they introduced the buyer to the vendor, hence they introduced the sale. This actually counts as a sale under the terms of EA's contracts. The vendor has breached the contract with the EA by 'withdrawing' from the market and then selling behind the EAs back to someone the EA introduced them to. No wonder the EA isn't happy!!
:silenced:I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like?

It would be the case if the seller WASN'T SELLING IT.

No, there is no getting out of this. It is pay fees to comply with the contract.janegresty wrote: »so what is the correct path needed to be done please? pay fee's to get out of the contract? After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
