getting payments back for non delivery of goods

CAN ANYONE ADVISE HOW FAR BACK YOU CAN GO TO RECLAIM MONEY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD WHEN THE SUPPLIER FAILS TO DELIVER THE GOODS
i KNOW THE TIME PERIOD IS USUALLY 90 DAYS FOR A STRAIGHT FORWARD DISPUTE BUT WHAT IF THE GOODS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN 1/2YEARS.

  • I've looked around a bit, and cannot seem to find any indication that there is a time limit, but if you want some guidance, the Visa version of Section 75 imposes a 120 day limit from when you expected to receive the goods.
