CAN ANYONE ADVISE HOW FAR BACK YOU CAN GO TO RECLAIM MONEY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD WHEN THE SUPPLIER FAILS TO DELIVER THE GOODS
i KNOW THE TIME PERIOD IS USUALLY 90 DAYS FOR A STRAIGHT FORWARD DISPUTE BUT WHAT IF THE GOODS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN 1/2YEARS.

I've looked around a bit, and cannot seem to find any indication that there is a time limit, but if you want some guidance, the Visa version of Section 75 imposes a 120 day limit from when you expected to receive the goods.
