I came across a really good place to buy toys yesterday with free delivery (no minimum buy price). I ordered on line yesterday morning. A confirmation email was sent straight away. The goods arrived this afternoon well packaged with a proper Invoice.
Well I am well impressed and will use them again - always the first to rant & rave when things go wrong, so makes a change to share something good.

EXCELLENT!!!

After reading your post very late last night I placed an order. I received an e-mail today to say that one item was out of stock but would be available on Tuesday and did I still wish to proceed with my order.

I replied that I would be happy to wait and I received an e-mail straight back saying 'thank you'. That's great service in my book. I love the fact that they e-mailed me promptly, gave me an option to cancel and told me when the item would be in stock.

Maybe Marks and Spencer should employ this chap to run their website as it takes them a week to tell you an item is out of stock and when you reply to it you never hear from them again. :rolleyes:
