New e-mail scam - compensation for 419 scams

This is a new one to me, so I hope I'm not dupicating information. I have just read this article, and thought I would draw attention to it on here:
http://www.tamingthebeast.net/blog/online-world/scamming-the-scammed-0809.htm

Basically, there's a new round of scam e-mails claiming to be from institutions trying to help people reclaim money that has been scammed from them, this preying on those already vulnerable to scammers, and hitting them AGAIN.
If you know anyone who is susceptible to these scams, please tell them to be aware of this - I have a pretty good spam filter, so I have to admit I have not seen any of these e-mails myself, but the article is on an internet marketing resource site so I have no doubt it is a concern.
