My father in law who takes various tablets for a couple of ailments has just had a heart pacemaker fitted and AGE CONCERN have cancelled his travel insurance.
Are there any companies that specialise in insuring the older traveller??

they are the ones that have cancelled the cover in the first place. you could try https://www.insureforall.com, you can get cover for pre-existing medical conditions online or over the phone.
