Cheap fixed fee agent in the East Midlands

http://www.moveandsave.co.uk/main.html

Not spam, I have no affiliation with this company whatsoever and cannot vouch for them personally, but I noticed them when browsing local property details on RM and I thought they looked worth a punt. One concern would be the atrocious S.P.A.G. on the website, but no doubt one would have the opportunity to proof-read one's particulars prior to them being advertised. Their branding is pretty eye-watering too, but I guess beggars can't be choosers for £233.83. Just seemed a cheap route to rightmove to me.

Perhaps so, but they seem to be cornering the market round here
  • If 6 listings is cornering the market then hey ho.

This was always just a flippant thread posted in passing, I couldn't really give a fig about the company, or estate agents, or any of this tiresome messageboard if I'm honest but I've found your attitude so irksome that I'm compelled to reply to say what are you talking about?? Selecting an area at random shows they've 33 listings in derby and thats one of 17 areas they cover.

What peculiar people you come across online.

Been around for years in Mansfield and are very popular there. At the top of the market when houses were selling fast a lot of people just decided that there was no point giving buckets of cash to estate agents for doing nothing at all.

Move & Save are ok, IF you don't mind doing half the work yourself. They don't arrange viewings - They give buyers your phone number, and they do not do ANY negociating at all, it's all done between the buyer and vendor.
I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like? :D :A :D
