I need to empty my Lloyds TSB accounts, What basic bank accounts are there that will automatically switch my direct debits and issue a debit card.

Halifax , A&L and Nat West offer basic accounts as does the Co-Op.

A & L will and Halifax will, havent looked at others but i,d be surprised if they did not.

Think I will steer clear of Halifax as they and Lloyds are now one. Thanks for the links.

Natwest will switch your dds and other things over, just mention it when you are about to make this application.
