A Big thank you you to Tustastic for this post here. An Alaska Seafood Recipe book arrived this morning (I think there were 1000 to give away, so hopefully lots of MSE winners!).
It's a lovely book with some nice looking recipes in it - I think I might try the "Wild Alaska Pollock Gratin" and the "Salmon on Croute" later this week
I have been lucky this month with recipe books (This is my third:o !) However, I do lots of home cooking and I am always looking for new recipes to try.
