Help dishwasher not filling with water

Hi

I have a Neff dishwasher, that last night decided to break down.

No water is going into it at all. It drains fine but not a drop going in.

No pipes have have been touched.

It is an integrated washer if that helps

Please help :o

  • Are you sure no one has turned of the valve/tap. If not it could be the solenoid thats faulty, thats the thing the pipe connects to on the dishwasher. Hope this helps
if i had known then what i know now
  • It has happened to me as well, you need to reset the Aquasafe system that is installed with the dishwasher, if it is a built in unit open the font of the dishwasher and you will see the buttons you press for to select the cycle you want, there you will see "RESET" and a line connecting two buttons, (on mine it is the 65 deg and the 55 deg settings) press and hold until it beeps, or the light flashes (can't remember which) it takes a few seconds. Then everything should be fine.
Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%
