Rennovation - Order of works confirmation

I'm about to embark on three storey town house rennovation and just had a quick question regarding order of works...

At what point should I get the new central heating system installed? Bearing in mind we have floor boards throughout accept for concrete floor in basement.

What I'm currently thinking is:
Structural Changes and general building work(room knock through, windows etc)
Electrics first fit
Damp Proof basement
Central Heating and re-plumb/bathroom install (because plumber on site for heating)
Re-Plaster
Kitchen install
Electrics Final Fit
Decorate

Up to the plumbing works I'm confident this is correct. Any help after that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks..

Would think you'd want the plastering before the central heating, as the radiators would have to be off for the plastering?

  • Thanks for that, it answers a few questions. I think what I need to know really that isn't in that thread, is.... at what point should I get the plastering done?
As Debbie mentioned I was thinking before central heating, but just wanted to get confirmation from the experts on here that it wouldn't then damage the freshly plastered walls!!
    Cheers all...
