Yeah my halifax rate ends on the 31st Dec too. Phoned them, have to say i thought the deals for existing customers where pretty poor. All with high fees aswell !!
Im liking the First direct 5.79 lifetime offset tracker, Fee free !!
What do guys think of this mortgage ??

Hi,
I have been told today by a broker that C&G will put the rates up from 4pm today. Not sure by how much though. I needed to pay my reservation fee for the current 5.79% by then0 -
Hope you all got fixed okay as I see the rates are all now up, and all have a fee of £999. Phew - that was close!!0
