last week we booked someone to come and service our boiler on 2nd december in the afternoon at 2pm. So what happens...he turns up today at 1pm. Realising there's no-one here he calls my OH on his mobile saying "I'm here to do the boiler". Stupid man.
OH told him that we booked them for 2nd Dec, but that if he waited until around 2pm someone would be there. He still didn't believe that he'd booked us for 2nd dec, but just said that now that day is full and that he'd call OH to sort out a new time.
Ahhhhhhh.
