they have been very good with us. when we bought our current tv they were quite happy to hold onto it for two days so that my dad could get it picked up with his works van. when it broke down after 10 months they were quick to come and repair it.
if i havent said it already we wont be buying a lg tv again.

It's also worth checking out costco if your a member or if you know someone that is. I personally would pick a plasma over an LCD.
