Louise, I hope your cats are ok, I have cats myself and I know how bad it is when they are unwell. You will know for sure if Nutmegs time as come, i always wondered with a dog I had and when the time come I knew. Balls to the vets receptionist, if the CPL are up for paying thats between you and them, would they prefer that the cats were left to suffer. You just go and ignore them, give them all a big chin tickle for me : )0

IA - they are nice, though a bit too "chunky" for me but they're just the thing my SIL would love (for all she denies it, she's still a got at heart)!
Laura - why avoid flylady? She says it's ok to do 15minutes and then that's it! If my housework isn't done in 15 minutes, it get's left until the next day! Probably explains why my house is a tip!
BB - I'm going to go off and read the thread from last night so I can see how it went, but I hope you really enjoyed it and had a wonderful group. After all the talk of food heaven, Wayne made me some cheesy mashed potato to go with the bought in fish pie but I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes.

I've just read about Erin and the letter to the school. How awful for you all. Hopefully the letter will work and you get a result.
It reminded me of being 'picked on' at shchool on two separate occasions. First was when a group of girls wanted me to do their homework. First week I said no but the second week I did it for them. That week the six of them got detention for cheating (they all got zero cos I'd given them the wrong answers) and I got a gold star for getting all my answers correct - have I mentioned that I can be a really evil shoite?
Second incident was when the teacher was doing the bullying at middle school. Absoluately nothing I did in her class was good enough and she kept insulting, harassing and belittling me. Eventually, I kept a log of her comments (and friends did the same - thankfully said teacher said our journals were our property and we could 'jot' down anything we liked). At the same time, I'd get 'sick' to avoid her classes and eventually mum and gp clocked that my sickness was a weekly (Wednesday) event and mum went to see the head and complain about my treatment.
That biatch only ever once tried to bully me again and I, calm as anything, got out my pen and notebook and writing down what she was saying ot me, said 'Sorry miss, what comes after "you're a disgrace, you're slack, slovenly and...'. I just want to be sure I get it right when I tell my mum tonight.":D
I hope you get some satisfaction from school.

I feel terrible for 2 reasons
1. I just scoffed a baked potato and a can of coke and now feel really bloated
2. I snacked on a packet of peanuts this morning and just realised I was told not to eat them26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

yummmm, just had pasta bolognese for my lunch - tasting better cos DD1 made it for me last night.

Now I know you wimps love a good spider story so here goes....
Last night I was well away in the land of nod, when, i hear MUM, MUM, MUM! dragging me out of my blissful sleep.....when i woke up DD1 said mum, there's a massive spider on your bedroom wall. So what, I said? It won't eat me! So she said, well if you are sure, and went back to bed.
It was gone when I got up and I was just eating my brekkie when DD3 screamed and shot out of the room......and there it was a MAHOOSIVE spider lurking on the wall. If I had seen it last night I would not gone quite so happily back to sleep. I took a picture of it and I am going to post it on here later just before bedtime so you can all dream of spiders!:rotfl: :rotfl:
