Hey
Im a recent convert to micro-fibre cloths! They are fantastic for glass, high gloss worktops, windows, tiles, dusting, etc etc. I use them on wooden blinds and the dust is attracted to the cloths and dont seem to need doing every day but about every 3-4 days.
I bought 6 from ebay for £6 inc postage. Still have 3 in packets, but normally use one damp for dusting etc then use the dry one to buff up the tiles, worktop etc after using the damp one to clean IYKWIM.
They are fantastic and can not speak highly enough about them.

Hi brokenwings.
I have moved your thread over to the I wanna board, where hopefully you will get more suggestions of where to buy them.

Any pound type shop sells them, I think I paid £1 for two very large ones.
Also just bought a pack of three pad type ones from Lidl, 79p or 99p.
Use them for loads of things including your monitor screen as read in the Techie board
Only spray them with a very small amount of water or wring out very well.0 -
The glass cloths are really good for windows and shiny surfaces. I have bought the ecloths from eBay and then saw them in B & Q far cheaper. Ooops!
I have also bought cheap ones in Instore for £1, but I think the ecloths are better.0 -

But.... if its old style you want you should be looking for a chamois leather as micro fibre cloths are the modern equivilent and much cheaper0

Tesco do 3 for 89p & although they are slightly smaller than some of the more expensive ones, they do the job well. Tescos also do some for around the £1 mark. The poundshop ones (well in my local poundshop) have a horrible feel to them, which can be the problem with a lot of them where it feels like its gripping your hand. its horrible using them for a while. Mine only really go in the nappies (with a fleece liner between them & baby bum) or to wash the windows.
