Health and Safety Regulations Advice

Options
Was wondering if anyone can offer any advice.
I work in a large food store, in a pharmacy.
As our cleaner has left, we have to take it in turns to clean the toilets.
This has only just started, so I've not been called to do it yet. But a guy on my team has, and they offered no protective gear.
I'm sure they are breaking all sorts of regs, so am trying to find out which ones, so I can stop them making us do this.
I've looked on CAB, HSE and USDAW websites, but not found much specific. I'll ask if I can see thier COSHH file, but I'd like to be able to quote some specific regulations. Any one offer any advice?
Thanks

CoSHH, MHSAW (Management of Health & Safety at Work), and PUWER (Provision & Use of Work Equipment) if you're using "equipment" as opposed to chemicals etc. These are all regulations which sit under the umbrella of the HASAWA (Health & Safety at Work Act, 1974).

Ask to see the risk assessments for the activities they're asking you to undertake.

When you checked the USDAW site, did you see the following?...
