Hi I am hoping for some help, not sure if I have posted this in the correct place, we had our house reroofed at the beginning of the year and on the quote it states that the work is guaranteed against water penetration for 25 years all was well until a couple of months ago when we discovered the roof has been leaking and the walls in both rooms upstairs are damaged because of this, we have been in touch with the company since then and have been told half a dozen times that he would be out to look at it and we are still waiting.
We call everyday sometims he answers sometimes not, we leave messages (when his mailbox isnt full) which he never replies to and we wait in for appointments which he never makes.
Just looking for advice on what to do next not sure what our next step should be, any help greatly appreciated.

Since it doesn't look likely Charlie is going to turn up, why not inform him you are giving him 7 days to attend and put right all faulty workmanship, tell him, "Time is of the essence" failure to do so will result in you calling in another company to do the work and you will seek to recover all costs via the Courts. It may be your only option.
Good Luck.
