Just catching up on these - and now sitting here with a great big smirk on my face. OMG JOHNNY DEPP! I am not one to get starstruck and have brushed aside the likes of Bros and Johnny Hates Jazz members in my time (don't ask lol - showing my age) and refuse to ever ask for an autograph despite having met quite a few famous faces, but JOHNNY DEPP! OMG how embarrassing I'm still sitting here smirking.

Well, I was waiting until I received my latest win, a Kenwood MAJOR Chef before taking some snaps of my other wins and it was delivered this morning :j. November has been an amazing month so far, with a win from this FB effort comp (the laptop's selling for nearly £900 on Amazon :eek:) https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3597907 I was on the lookout for a new laptop and it will last me years (it is almighty powerful). Thanks a bundle to zray. On the very same day I was notified of the laptop win I was also the 2nd's week's winner of the 'Argos Must Haves' competition running over on FB, the prize being the aforementioned Kenwood mixer. BIG thanks to Chelsea1969 . Both these items will be cherished in our household, and now I have something to make a Christmas cake with :rotfl: Other smaller wins this November include a very handy £50 Aldi voucher (already spent folks!), a Bottlegreen hamper of (non-alcoholic ) cordial drinks, a Stella Cidre chalice glass and a pair of Grants glasses (arrived last week but notified in September). It was soooooo weird to receive two major WEM's in one day though. I honestly hadn't won a thing in TWO WHOLE MONTHS so to win big twice in one day was a bit shocking to say the least.

Anyway, to all the people who don't win (or not often enough) and are thinking about throwing in the towel, just keep your chin up. Wins come along when you absolutely least expect it like what happened with me - I had totally forgotten a comping fairy even existed Since I'm struggling along a bit financially like so many, these two big wins have helped immensely.

So a BIG thank you to you guys, I got my comping mojo back again and am comping like mad while I enjoy a week off work.
