I've tried emailing the lady who was dealing withe prizes but haven't had a response. I've now sent an email to Boots customer services so will wait to see what they say. Fingers crossed they'll sort something out. I think there are a few winners with the same problem.
Boots customer services have emailed me back to say that they will credit my advantage card with £10 as they can't send me another candle because they don't stock them at Head Office. I've replied saying that I think £25 of advantage card points would be fairer as that would allow me to purchase one of the candles myself, from my local Boots. That sounds perfectly fair to me!! £10 seems cheeky from them if you ask me.Due to budget cuts the light at the end of the tunnel will be switched off.
