Normally I just find a quiet place and get on with it.....any girlies need any advice on perfecting 'the squat' (only possible when wearing a skirt) or the 'forward lunge' then please feel free to ask.

Failing that a funnel and an empty robinsons bottle do just as well.

Yes I am serious, they had images of people crossing their legs if I remember correctly! Travel bags or something.
