You need to ask yourself - is it worth the risk of taking the chance or would you rather pay a bit more for some comfort.

We always pre-book, regardless of airline - and take the hit on costs for the comfort.

Sorry - no. Never flown with them and never intend to. However, have done with with several other before. Like I say, given the opportunity, booking has to be preferable - if they let you, of course!
