I purchased a graded steam iron from Choicebrands. RSP £60.00 for £19.99 P+P. Ordered Friday pm arrived Monday am. Unfortunately the iron did not work correctly. Contacted Choicebrands by email. They had put a replacement iron in the post that same day, and did not want the original iron back. Now that's what I call service.
