OK I have just received a Sony Ericsson C702 Mobile phone (with GPS) and I would like to be able to use it as a Sat Nav. OK it comes with Google maps and Vodafone SatNav, which both (seem to) require it to connect to the internet to download mapping whenever you use this feature.
Is it possible to download maps (ie Google Maps) and store them on the phone (memory card) and therefore not incur internet charges?
Thanks for any help
