Flat wedding shoes

Could you customise a pair of pumps so they look more special - bows, ribbons, flowers etc? Or just wear small heels, I don't think you will worry on the day about your tiara / veil being higher than your H2B.0

Well I had a think and realised that if I had 1 inch heels then he will be the same size as me but then he will also have shoes on - which will make him a little bit taller again - so gonna go with small heels. Haven't got my tiara yet so I'll make sure I get a fairly flat one...
I've had a look and found some nice ones with low heels but they we all about £50-60. Then I stumbled across some that look ok and were down to £15 in the sale, only 1 pair left and it was in a 7! So I've ordered them, I hope they fit as I'm getting them dyed ivory so won't be able to return them. But I figured for the price, rather than pay more to get them sent and try them and then send them back, I'd just order them and if they don't fit I should be able to get my money back by selling them on ebay - the original price was £65.
I'm glad I've got it sorted - my dress doesn't come in for fittings until end Nov so I thought I had plenty of time but I didn't realise it takes 3-4 weeks if you want them dying. So if they are wrong at least I have time to sort something else out.0 -
Hi, have a look on this link
http://www.rainbowclub.co.uk/collection.htm?brand=Rainbow%20Club
Sorry if I am repeating what anyone else has said but just be careful with shoes from BHS and other high street stores because I heard that these shoes don't dye very well.
Only because I needed to dye mine and I got a pair of Rainbow Club shoes off Ebay for £35

I got these: http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&productId=612428
in purple for my bridesmaids as they are both taller than me and 1 has a dicky ankle - the beigeshown looks more like a light gold colour / dark ivory, doubt they can be dyed but if the colour works they are a bargain...0 -
I have the opposite problem I'm 5"3 and OH is 6"4 i cant wear High heels as they kill me but i'd love something to make me look taller if only slightly.
I found these for you though:

Good Evening Ladies,
I have spent months looking for the right pair of wedding shoes, but I can't find. I really want a pair covered with Swarovski crystals, but the ones I find are sooooooooo expensive, and I just can't justify spending that much on the shoes.
So, I'm prepared to have ago myself
I want to buy a pair of shoes and painstakinly (sp?) stick them on myself.
Please, can someone advise on the type of crystals, size, number etc that I need as I've had a look at Ebay and it's just confusing me
Many thanks

hiya, i bought a pair for £25 from dolcis, but when i got them on under the dress, they looked awful - panic one week before weeding i can tell you! Went everywhere, and i mean everywhere in our city, and, in true MSE fashion, i ended up getting mine from primark!!!!! £6 flat, gold 'pump' style, very beautiful, couldn't have got a better match!!!!! Mind you, my dress was an old vintage style one, coffee, beige and matt gold (god, that sounds awful doesnt it!!!lol)
